Strategies

  • Form first e-learning programs with a practical and easy-to-understand demonstration in English and Khmer.
  • Create project-based learning with an engaging and dynamic approach to teaching and learning.
  • Subcontract with professional and reputable lecturers from government, universities, NGOs and private companies to produce practical video lectures.
  • Work with Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT) and its affiliated vocational training institutions (PTCs) in conjunction with Cambodian Qualification Framework (CQF).
  • Cooperate with Youth/Students NGOs/CBOs who have grass-root networks, specialized NGOs and private companies to implement projects.
  • Work with secondary schools, parents’ associations and commune councils to assure students do not misuse the loans.
  • Make the selected services/products in high demand and easy to find throughout Cambodia.
  • Promote home-made products and reduce import of such products from abroad.
  • Form Youth Clubs for an Exceptional Life
  • Enable students to generate income while they are studying and earning life experience.
  • Find markets for the products/services inside and outside the country. Establish Young Exceptional Students (YES) organic shops/markets in the target provinces.
  • Look for sponsors who want their organic products/services seen/heard by students/youth in order to generate income through a variety of activities.
  • In 2017, Plus Education will become the first educational institution to provide academic online education in Cambodia and neighboring countries.
